Who/What
VR, AR, MR, XR, Telepresence Companies will be able to show off their technology, solution, game, or experience at a one day event to industry attendees and media that will also be attending a cotemporaneous large technology event near by!
If you do not fall into one of these categories you can still exhibit. However, we ask you wait till after September 7 to reserve a table.
Where
Event will take place at Suite 150 & 155 about a 10 minute drive north of the Las Vegas Convention Center.

When
Date: January 5th, 2027
Time: 10 am - 9 pm will be open to the public.
Setup will begin at 8 am and teardown can begin as early as 8 pm and must be finished by midnight. Everything must be out of the building by 10pm If you need more time please inform Peter Sassaman.
Date may change to a different day the same week if a better date is collectively agreed upon by the exhibitors or if the space is already booked for another event.
Why?
The nearby technology event brings hundreds of thousands of attendees to Vegas in January. However, the cost of having a booth on the show floor is outside the reach of many companies. This event offers a unique opportunity to bring a more focused crowd of individuals to view your technology, solution, game, or experience at a much lower cost to exhibiting at the near by event. While you are in town you can also go attend the near by technology event yourself, on the days following the XR experience event, to see what new technology is available that may help your business!
How Much?
$300 a table. You can reserve half a table for $150
What is included?
Important note you can reserve half a table for 1 person. If you want both halves reserve both L and R
Each table allows you to bring 2 staff
If you need more please reserve multiple adjacent tables.
Each table will be 72 x 30 inch

A Few Rules
All decorations should be standalone (Can not hang stuff on walls.)
No smoking, vaping, outside alcohol, fires, damaging property, etc. We want to be able to host this event again in future years.

Other notes
Please bring an extension cord.
Event will be free to public and unlimited people can visit. However, the space will only accommodate 100 people at a time. There will be an occupancy counter at the door to help to make sure we do not exceed this amount at any given time.
There will likely be a paid bar at the end of the evening for the last few hours. (I will have a survey to see if enough companies want to pitch in to help make a free bar an option. If we do we can arrange paying for that later.)
Event will be opened up to more categories of companies after October 7th to help fill tables.
New in 2027
To help make sure we do not reserve more space than the event needs we will be taking a phased approach to the amount of space we will reserve. To begin with the options available for tables will just be tables in suite 150. Once all tables in suite 150 have been reserved, we will open up tables in suite 151. If all tables in suite 150 and 151 are reserved, then we will transition to instead reserving the larger renowned events space and ask all vendors, who have already picked a space, to pick an alternate table in the larger space. All reservations must be made by October 10th. All cancelations must also be made by October 10th. There will be no refunds after October 10th. If we have not sufficiently filled out a space by October 10th, we will revert to the next smaller space and refund the companies that reserved after upgrading to the larger space. This way we do not end up with a lot of empty space we will not use.
The Bar will be separately funded this year. An option to sponsor the bar will be added in the near future. If your company helps to sponsor the bar, it will be more prominently featured on the events promotional materials.
